Prepared this yesterday & it was ready to bake & eat after mass today. It was a keeper- But a little dry. I read the comments & took notes & next time I will use 10 eggs & double the milk & probably use the hash browns that have green peppers & onions in them. Otherwise I loved it & will make it for Easter Brunch. Biscuits on the side! Thank you for not requiring bread cubes in the recipe!

Quick Pasta Carbonara

After eating TGIF's frozen Creamy Chicken Carbonara I knew I had to get a recipe like this. THANKS 1,000,000 for this EASY recipe without eggs! I used PENNE PASTA, heavy cream instead of milk and fresh garlic & fresh sliced mushrooms & it came our fabulous! It will be a side dish for xmas! In the future as an entree I will add ready made charred chichen strips. I followed it to a T otherwise. Thank You!

Oranged Cranberry Sauce

I was excited to try this new recipe for Thanksgiving. I found it to overpowered by orange flavor and the cranberries reduced to jelly consistency. I missed the taste & look of whole cranberries in a sauce. I also found it too sweet. I'm sticking to the canned version.
