Pretty dang good! I sub'd the white flour for 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, and 1/4 cup ground flaxseed. They are a tad bit too sweet for me, so next time I will only add 1/2 of brown sugar instead of 3/4 cup.

So, so good! I followed the recipe exactly, but I didn't have shell pasta, so I used the little cork screw looking ones. It made a wee bit more than 8 servings, IMO. So I froze the rest for dinner enother night. This recipe is definatly a keeper.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Just what I was looking for. They came out fluffy, and moist, and delicious. I used regular raisins and added more than the recipe called for, and I cooked it on stoneware

Amish White Bread

I've had trouble trying to get it just right, I live in a higher altitude so somehow I have to adjust it! But even when it doesnt rise perfectly, it's soooo good. Our family loves it with butter and honey on it, YUM. I make this ever couple of weeks, and will continue to :)

Bacon Asparagus Pizza

I mixed up the recipe a little bit! First of all, I didn't have goat cheese, so I used mozzarrella cheese. ALso I added a bit more asparugus and much more bacon. I also used some alfredo sauce on the dough before I piled on the bacon and asparugus for extra zing! It came out DELICIOUS! Maybe next time I'll try the original recipe, but for now, I'm very satisfied with my little experiment!

Tortellini Bites

ONE WORD: YUM! I decided to turn this into a main dish. I followed the recipe exactly, then I added in grilled chicken that I grilled with basic seasoning salt and freshly ground pepper. It was VERY filling as a main dish, and super easy to make. This is not something I'd personally eat everyday, but something I'll keep in my recipe book for a few times a year.

Chocolate Covered Caramels

DELICIOUS! I made these last year and they were a hit with EVERYONE! This is my secret weapon recipe for X-mas! Always use a candy thermometer!!! I usually do one batch covered in chocolate, and another batch just caramel. Tastes great both ways!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This recipe was really good! I followed the directions, and added a little seasonings.. I added some garlic powder, chicken boullion, seasoning salt, and fresh ground pepper. I also added some frozen mixed vegetables 1 hour before it was done. SOOOO Good! This is a definate keeper!

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

THIS IS SO GOOD!! I already made it twice in the past 24 hours. I followed the directions exactly.. with a candy thermometer. One warning though, they're extremely addictive. They were supposed to be for gifts but I can't stop eating them!

Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

I didn't like this very much. It was my first time making them. I made a first batch of 12 and thought they needed more chocolate, so I threw a bunch of chocolate chips to the mixture. They were OK but I don't think I'd make them again.

Pork & Pineapple Stir-Fry

This recipe was pretty good. The only thing I did different was used canned pineapple instead. One thing I would add is maybe some cornstarch to thicken the juice a little. and also add a little bit of the pineapple juice (from the can) to it, the original recipe was a little too bland for me. But I'll definatly make it again. (Just with a few simple variations.)

Apple Crisp II

This recipe is SO GOOD!! I added an extra 1/4 cup butter, and also did away with the water. I also added 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and lots of cinnamon, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the apples. It's extremely easy to make, and very much worth trying.
