Spicy Grilled Shrimp

I dont know how people say this is a good recipe. Way too salty, only used 1/4 teas salt, would have been better with out the paprika. I will stick with my own recipe.

Fresh Tomato Pie

This recipe is Fantastic!!!! Made this for Memorial Day picnic, everyone was impressed. Got ate up real quick. Passed the recipe to everyone there. Only change I made was to Blend in the Blender,to make it less chunky. I am making a double batch, right now. Cannot give a more higher rating then 10.

Thick-Style Lebanese Garlic Sauce

Made this this morning,way too watery, not thick at all. The taste is great but way to thin for a thick sauce. Hopefully I can find a garlic sauce that is thick and creamy.

Mahogany Chicken Wings

Tried this recipe last nite for dinner. As mentioned before way too much soy flavor drowned out all the other ingredients. My wings did not even come close to the picture posted with the recipe. Do not think I will fix these again, without adjusting. Thanks anyway

Italian One Step Casserole

I tried this for dinner tonite. Of course I made some changes. I did not use the carrots but used a 8 oz. package of frozen thingreen beans. Instead of the crushed tomatoes I used 2 15oz cans stewed tomatoes. Pureed them in a blender with garlic powder ,basil and oregano. I did have to cook longer than it said in the recipe. 1 1/2 hrs covered and 30 minutes uncovered. Very tasty, with the spices that I added. I will make this casserole again.

Old-Fashioned Strawberry Shortcake

Caesar Salad Supreme

Wow this sure as garlicky, even with only 3 cloves of garlic. But it sure was good. My husband enjoyed it too. I am going to make up a salad and take it to my nieces on sunday. I will see what the response is. Great recipe.
