I am a father of 4 who loves to try new recipes, often experimenting with different herbs and spices. My friends are my guinea pigs. However, no one has refused an invitation because of it.
My favorite things to cook
I am known for various Mexican dishes and various types of chili. Once, I made three different types of chili for a group of students working in the school theatre: a mild vegetarian, a spicy chicken, and my famous "Oh, my goodness! I think I'm going to die!" turkey chili.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My darling bride and I like to plan unique meals for Christmas brunch and an Oscar Night Party, with each dish related to the five Best Picture nominees.

We prepared a New Year's Eve six course feast for 10 people.
