Amazing! Easy to make and amazingly good to eat! I did make the first one just as written, but my family prefers cinnamon and nutmeg. Try this pie...you won't be disappointed! Thank you MOSHASMAMA for sharing your dear grandma's recipe.

Great recipe....I used 3 sweet potatoes and 3 yams and it came out amazing. I also whip the potatoes for a smooth, creamy dish and leave out the cinnamon (just a family prefrence). Thanks for submitting this wonderful recipe!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2011
Awesome Caramel Corn!! I too used butter and it turned out perfect. I used a very sturdy rubber spatula to stir & coat...it was able to scrape the caramel from the bottom of the pan and coat the popcorn quickly and easily. Thanks ANITALOUISE for submitting this great recipe.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
Awesome recipe!....perfect as written, but once when I wanted to make them, I did not have some cream of tartar so decided to try doubling the baking soda and they turned out just as good... so please don't let not having cream of tartar deter you from trying this great recipe. I also bake at 375 degrees for 8mins. Thanks for submitting this great recipe.

Awesome recipe as is....very easy and delish!! I've made this so often that over time I've made some of my own changes that my family has grown to love. I use one can crm of mush. soup and one can of crm of celery soup and use beef broth instead of water and add some rosemary and fresh minced garlic and 1/4 cup red wine....amazing! The beauty of this recipe is that you can cusomize it to your own family's preferences. Thank you sooo much for submitting this wonderful recipe!!!

Hot as Hell Hickory Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
Amazing beans! Please don't let the reviews that say this is too spicy keep you from trying this great recipe...just adjust it to your own liking....you won't be sorry. I am from NM, so I have chile running through my veins..lol. I always have NM roasted green chile in my freezer...so I added about 4-5 chopped green chiles and the result was wonderful! I do like jalapenos, but I prefer using green chiles...thanks for submitting this great and easy recipe!

Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Great Recipe....great cinnamon rolls! My rolls did not rise as much as they should have...I made then the night before as other's suggested and maybe that had something to do with it. I will definitely get new yeast and try again! My Hubby and 6yr old daughter definitely did NOT complain about how they did not rise completely....instead, they asked when I was going to make them again! Thanks for submitting this recipe

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
Great Recipe....I prefer to broil the baguette slices with a bit of garlic infused olive oil and shredded parmesan until just lightly toasted. I also serve the tomato mixture in a bowl, so that everyone can add as much as they want to their toasted bread. The balsamic vinegar really adds such a great flavor to this recipe!! The nice thing about making bruschetta is that you can alter it to your own liking. Thank you so much for posting this amazing recipe!

Apple Crunch Pie I

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
Absolutely delish!! This pie is my hubby's favorite pie. We love the crunchy texture of the topping coupled with the perfectly sweetened apple filling. I am able to fit all of the apple filling with all of the topping in my pie....I'm not sure why others are having problems with fitting all of the ingredients in their pies??? Please try this recipe...you will not be sorry! Thanks for submitting this great recipe.

Great Recipe....I've never made more tender pork chops EVER! I loved using my slow cooker and have never used sour cream with pork chops, but our family loved it....including my 5yr old daughter. The second time I made this I seasoned the chops w/ plenty garlic powder, added 1/4 cup white wine and used only half the sour cream and we thought it was AMAZING! Thanks!

Best Ever Brisket

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
Excellent Recipe!! It was "fall apart" wonderful. I made it for my entire family and unfortunately there were no leftovers to enjoy the next day...I guess I'll need to make a bigger one next time. The rub is what makes this so great...I used New Mexico red chili powder and I've never had more compliments on a dish. Thanks!
