Burrito Pie
absolutely delickious! I used 1 lb hamburger and 1/2 lb ground sausage. Only used 1 can of beans. My flour tortillas had been previously been frozen and when sampled the now thawed tortillas -they tasated a lil' freezer burnt taste. I masked the flavor by putting alittle ranch dip on top of the flour tortillas before adding cheese layer... it was wonderful. Ranch dip or sour cream just adds another compliment to this flavored dish! Thanks for the simple yet delicious new favorite...
