Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2009
I have never made toffee before, and this turned out very good. My first batch was a disaster because I used the butter I had on hand (nucoa no burn). Then I realized I needed to use real butter and that batch turned out delicious. The thinner I got the toffee, the better it tasted!! What a treat

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2008
Suberb!! I could not believe that such an unlikely combination would yield such an amazing unique flavor. I did not have a fresh lemon so I just squirted a bunch of lemon juice in and my lime was really dry. Left to sit overnight and the following evening we had a wonderful BBQ chicken dinner. thank you!

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2008
I followed the recipe exactly and to my suprise. Really liked them, although they tasted nothing like crab cakes to me. They did fall apart very easily when I was trying to fry them.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2008
Very nice chicken, I did not measure the garlic or the oil, I just threw some in the pan. I probably used a lot more garlic then called for, but I love garlic. This had a nice light flavor. Every easy to make

I used pork shoulder instead of the beef. It was very good. Next time I will double the spices, I like a lot of flavor!! But definitely a keeper

Bill's Sausage Gravy

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2007
This was the first time I was able to acutally make a good breakfast gravy. Next time I will not use the maple sausage my family did not like it, they wanted regular sausage.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2007
I really enjoyed this recipe. I added a little garlic and put some bread crumbs on the chicken breasts because the first time I made it, it was very watery. Add the bread crumbs did not change the delicious flavor.

Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2007
This recipe was fantastic! First I used 2 packages of grilled chicken that you can get in the deli area. Also I did not use cilantro (personal preference) as well I did not mix the ranch and BBQ sauce I drizzled them both on top of each salad. The second time I made this I mixed the the ranch &bbq sauce into the salad and nliked it better that way. Tasted like a salad that they used to serve at Mimi's Cafe.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2007
I am sorry to say that I followed the recipe a T and well, everyone including my husband (who will eat anything) did not like the chicken. He said this was the first bad recipe I have got from this site. The white meat a too dry, the flavor was nothing like a rotisserie chicken.

Asian Chicken Salad

I loved this salad, the dressing is a little sweet(but I liked it that way). I used the pre cooked chicked pieces from the deli. Which saved a lot of time. Thanks for a great summer recipe

Clark's Quiche

Reviewed: May 23, 2007
This was wonderful. I followed the directions except I used fresh spinach instead of the frozen. The prep time was definitely off, it took me almost an hour to chop everything and then cook the bacon and sautee the veggies. But it was so worth it!

Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Perfection

Delicious, I made these for a potluck, and they were gone right away. I do have to say thought that the ingredients for the filling were a little pricy. But the taste made up for it.
