This recipe was awesome...although I did make some changes: I doubled all the ingredients, minus the nuts and chocolate. I used half white and half brown sugar. I baked each batch for 14 minutes. They turned out soooo good. They were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. One thing I did learn is (and this is probably because I am a novice cookie baker) is that you have to let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet before you transfer them to the wire racks. I mangled a couple because I wasn't aware of that....other than that, I will definately be making these again!!!
