My cooking tragedies
Eggplant Parmesan. I spent most of the night before slaving to pull together this eggplan parmesan with bechamel sauce. All excite the next day, cooked it up and set it on the table. I told the kids it was lasagna; they still made a face and started complaining. My husband got after them that "your mom spend alot of time making this for us". Then he took one bite and said "Girls you do NOT have to eat this!" Oh, well, live and learn!

Mushroom Stuffing
Stuffing is my favorite part of Thanksgiving. And this is by far my favorite recipe!

Emily's Famous Tiramisu
This recipe was excellent. Actually, it was fairly simple to make even with baking your own ladyfingers. I will definitely make this again.
