Portobello Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2008
I served it over small fillets once with potatoes and once with pasta - it was great both times. The second time I forgot the basil and my boyfreind said it was "missing something" but it was still good.

Pasta with Pesto and Scallops

This gets ***** on the ease factor alone! I didn't have any mushrooms but it tasted great anyway. Definately will make again.

Dilled Chicken Salad

We loved it. Unfortunately, my Canadian boyfriend snuck into the refrigerator and mixed in some vinegar. Still good - but I'm making it again and banning him from touching it! This time I think I'll mix in some broccoli.

Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2007
I made it exactly to the directions and it was excellent! The only thing I might do would be to add a little hot pepper because we like things spicy. Definately will make again.

Great Burgers. I usually just like plain burgers - but these are light and great tasting.

Classic Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2005
I put them in a baking pan over a thin layer of sauerkraut, covered with the sauce and then added the V8. Then I covered with foil and baked at 350 for an hour, removed the foil and baked another 1/2 hour. I made the recipt for 20 servings and everyone loved them. These are absolutely the best cabbage rolls I have ever had.
