Sugar Cookie Icing

Came out very well. Dried quickly and and came out opaque and shiny. Tasted great. I used 4 tsp milk instead of 2.

Blackberry Cobbler

This came out wonderfully and was much easier than I expected. Pretty and delicious. It was certainly sweet enough, I might even use less sugar next time. I'm definately going to try it in the future with some different fruit. I used the flour, baking powder, and salt instead of self rising flour.

Cherry Pie III

These were quite good, but you definately need to add something to them or they are too plain. Very easy and quick to make. They were a little fluffier than I expected.

Apple Crumb Pie

I made this and doubled the crumb topping like a lot of the reviews suggested. I think it would have been better if I hadn't, it made it a little too sweet, a little too doughy. The filling came out wonderfully, though. I cut the sugar down to 1/4 of a cup. Used the Buttery Flaky Crust recipe.

Blackberry Pie I

This pie came out very good. Not at all runny as some people had suggested. My one complaint however was that after being cooked some of the flower mixture had not completely absorbed and was still visible. I used closer to 1/4 cup sugar than 1/2 cup sugar. I think 1/2 cup would have made it too sweet, but I don't like my pies very sweet.
