Apple Crumb Pie
I made this and doubled the crumb topping like a lot of the reviews suggested. I think it would have been better if I hadn't, it made it a little too sweet, a little too doughy. The filling came out wonderfully, though. I cut the sugar down to 1/4 of a cup. Used the Buttery Flaky Crust recipe.
