Grilled Marinated Swordfish

This recipe is spot on. I agree that perhaps you may want to reduce the amount of lemon if you aren't partial to a stronger citrus flavor. However, the soy sauce and the wine & lemon do blend well. This was a home run and will be cooked again in our home. Good recipe!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone had thirds! Adding the sausage seemed odd to me, however, the apple and cranberry balanced out the spice perfectly. It was splendid. I have since made it for everyday meals as well. Stick to the recipe, it's perfect!

Salmon and Shrimp Cakes from Chef Bubba

This is my go to recipe for dining at home to impress. The only thing I modify is that I substitute the salmon and shrip for got old fashioned crab. However, the recipe is perfect as is. If using crab a word of caution on the spices, I once added too much thyme and it threw everything off, so mind your thyme. My finacee loves spicy dishes so I do add a bit more jalapeno which doesn't overwhelm the dish. THis is a great recipe and prep time aside, it's a quick once all your ingredients are chopped and ready. Thanks Bubbs!

Moist Date Nut Bread

I made this bread for some friends and they actually made a point to tell me how good it was after they tried it - unprompted. I left the loaf covered in foil overnight and that made it so incredibly moist, you'd swear it was gourmet! As a note of caution, really for anything you bake, make sure you don't over bake it. Great recipe!

Grilled-Salmon Lemon Basil Cream

Gotta tell ya, this one rocked the house. I tend to avoid dishes that require cream, due to the high fat content, but the basil cream sauce was outstanding. Really. And, I followed the reviewers receommendations to make the red onion rice (which was so fast and easy) and it was a wonderful combo. You guys really know what you are doing. I will dine here again : )
