I don't know if this would be a 5 if I made it the way it says. I changed some of the methods used. I did not cook any of the vegetables (pepper, scallions, tomatoes). I removed the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. For the parm. cheese and the basil, I decided to make homemade pesto (basil, olive oil, cheese,garlic cloves, pines nuts) added to a smidgen of mayo. I tossed that with the veggies. Then I added the cooked couscous in batches (to incorporate evenly) and added balsamic at the end. Complete heaven. Never made couscous before SO EASY!!!
