I love to cook everything.... Mostly my grandmothers and great-grandmothers recipes, which are down home southern cookin'. I also like to flare em up a bit.

Mastered my great-grandmothers dressing and chicken & potato dumplins.
Also her made from scratch Red Velvet Cake.
My cooking tragedies
Forgot baked beans in the oven once. ( Ruined the pan )
First homemade biscuit were hard as a rock.
Cannot cook my grandmothers homemade chocolate icing. Turns out too hard. Cooking too long I guess.
