To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2009
Everyone says these are the BEST EVER! The only thing I did differently is used about 1/4 cup flour and substituted brown sugar in the topping. I used fresh berries, if you dust them in flour, it prevents the blue color from being streaked in your batter. I also used regular muffin tins(didn't have lg ones) and baked for 17 min. They were EXCELLENT. Thank you so much for sharing. Oh, i put raspberries in some. Yummy.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
VERY Moist, I had to leave it in 20 extra minutes and it was still like batter in the middle. Had to pitch it unfortunately. Way too much liquid in this recipe. I hate to leave a less than favorable rating, but I must on this one :(
