Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
I give this a 5 for the simplicity...but I also put it in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes...I also added some red peppers to the bread crumbs...it tasted so good I didn't even use any sauce with it.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
I used frozen diced onions and bell peppers and subsited okra for the celery and it turned out great! Next time I'll add the okra later because it cooked too long and became a little slimey, but the taste was still great. I also added some garlic powder and Tony's.

Kim's Eggnog Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2011
Made exactly as stated except used a water bath as some other suggested. I also let it sit in the oven, after turning off, overnight. I never opened the oven door the entire time. Absolutely perfect, no cracking! I also used spiked egg nog for an extra kick, it was exactly as I wanted it to turn out.

Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
Used canned veggies and this still tasted great! I didn't have browning sauce nor could I find it at the store, but it was still great without. I also didn't add the rice to keep a little healthier. I did add a couple of bay leaves and thyme.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Easy recipe and tasted great. Some people say their bacon came out a little soggy but I didn't have that problem at all.

Chicken Jambalaya

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
This was a great recipe and I only altered a little. I personally don't like tomatoes so I just used the drained juice from the can. I also added more cayenne for personal taste. This came out really really good, though.

Pot Roast in Foil

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
This is so easy....I love it! Instead of placing in baking dish and foil I put this in a regular pot and cover it and its super moist and tasty. I usually cut up potatoes, onions, and carrots and put them around the edges of the pot roast. The natural juices and mushroom mixture makes them taste delicious.

White Chocolate Pretzel Snack

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2011
Very easy and tastes great! I will double the recipe next time to make more. I recommend breaking down the pretzels into smaller pieces as other suggested. I put on wax paper and put in fridge to cool. Perfect!

Southern Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
Perfectly cooked meat! I used the pork butt cut of meat. I changed up the recipe slightly - didn't use butter or brown in skillet, instead I put everyting in the crock pot as another review recommended. I used the cajun seasoning, garlic, and some pepper and rubbed on the meat before placing in the crock pot with onion. I prepared everything except for the water and liquid smoke the night before so I could just add those ingredients in the morning when I left for work. When I got home it was done. I then drained the stock, pulled the pork, returned to crock pot and added bbq sauce, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce (personal preferences, but plain bbq sauce can work). I let the flavors mix in a bit and served on onion rolls, perfect!

Amazing Chicken

I ran out of Mayo and used sour cream instead. I also added chili powder and garlic powder to the sour cream. Added a little parmesan to the bread crumbs and it all came out really great. Will definitely make again.

This was my first time making banana nut bread and it was delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out so moist and tasty. Everyone that had some said it was not too sweet or too bland, perfect! Beware, this is not diet food!

I love this recipe and always get compliments when I serve it. You only need a small pinch of oregano, but that's the only thing I changed.

I made this exactly as written and it literally feel apart after 8 hours on low - yum! The taste was perfect but didn't use the sauce it cooked in to eat, I just used bbq sauce. Made with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts - perfect.
