Vegetable and Tofu Stir-fry
Really delish!!! And I didn't even have any ginger—I will definitely have some next time, as I bet this would be even better with it. My husband ate tofu!

Swiss Apple Pie
Good alternative for those with dairy allergies. I wouldn't call it "pie"; it's more like cake. It's really, really sweet. Next time I will cut half the sugar!
