Cream-Filled Cupcakes

excellent recipe, delicious filling. I made a frosting using the same filling recipe except I added 2 oz of unsweetened chocolate to it and it was wonderful.

ABC (Absolute Best Chewy) Chocolate Chippers

This recipe is exactly like it was described. It's chewy, soft, puffy and most of all delicious. Follow all the steps as told, though. I think that is important so you get the perfect recipe result. I am taking a picture now and submitting it for this recipe.

Easy Pancakes

wonderful recipe. tastes great and very easy. I followed everything exactly, except I put 2 TEASPOONS of baking powder instead of 2 tablespoons and I added 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. It made 7 pancakes. I'll definetely make it again.

New York Cheesecake II

This is a wonderful recipe. I was a bit scared because of the reviews and the many recipe variations/changes that the members here posted, but I did everything by the recipe except I baked at 400 for 10 minutes and then at 200 for 45 minutes and it turned out awesome!

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

great tasting lemon bars, but I would cut the baking time down a little, for both times where baking is needed because the edges of the pan were WAY too brown, even hard and it was very hard to cut them. Next time I am going to do 15 minutes for each time.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

WONDERFUL RECIPE, a hit with the kids and even though I thought it would be greasy it wasn't at all!!! loved it!!! I didn't have much time to refrigerate, I only left the chicken refrigerate in the zip lock bags with the sauce for about 30 minutes and it still tasted awesome!!!

Dulce de Leche

this is a great recipe for REAL manjar or dulce de leche, you can also make it by boiling an unopened can of condensed milk (be careful as it can explode if left unattended and the water evaporates) but this recipe is the more elaborate one for dulce de leche.

English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

awesome recipe, I have used it several times and its the perfect tea time recipe :) You can replace the oranje juice with milk too, if you don't have any oranges. I also add some walnuts to spice this recipe up. Great recipe!!!

Lemon Souffle

I did not like this recipe because everyone that tried it in my house thought it was too tart. I also followed the instructions exactly and after removing the souffles from the oven, after 15-17 minutes, they completely deflated :(

Chocolate Mousse II

this is such an easy mousse that I didn't think it would be that good but it is AWESOME and so, so easy!!!! I recommend it, for yourself or for a dinner party, it can look as elegant and elaborate as you want, all you have to do is decorate it with chocolate shavings. I didn't find it at all bitter, so you can add whipped topping if you like but its not necessary at all.

Happy Birthday Cake

great cake. I used it to make my son's birthday train cake, inside a Wilton train pan. When I cut off the extra from the top and tried it, it tasted great! I did alter it a bit though, I used almond extract instead of vanilla, and I used buttermilk instead of milk. great recipe!!!

Pound Cake III

wonderful pound cake. I do recommend checking on the cake after 60 minutes of baking, and if needed put foil on top for the last 20 minutes, so the top (bottom of the cake) is not burned. GREAT TASTING CAKE!
