Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

this recipe is amazing. i cant count how many times i have made this in the last month. FYI if you choose to use apples put them in with the melted butter they cook much better. and i let mine cook for 60min with the apples. i have tried all types of fruit with this. you cant go wrong. this is amazing!

Uncle Mac's Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

such an awesome cookie...my husband will love this. lessons learned making the cookie. i cut the sugar in half. use a tsp for dropping cookies. i didnt see that anywhere and my first batch was way big lol. and spray your fork with cooking spray to make it easier for your impressions...

Smashed Cauliflower

tweaked a little from other reviews. 1 can chicken broth, 1 can veg broth, boiled til broth was almost cooked off. set broth aside. added sour cream, handful of shredded cheese, mashed up with potato masher. added a little broth to smooth out!

Brussels Sprouts with Mushrooms

great recipe, i used frozen sprouts. i sauted onion, mushrooms, garlice and bacon in the butter then added the sprouts in to get a little more flavor!

Peanut Butter Cookies IV

oh wow these cookies are amazing. a cookie that actually taste better after it has cooled. i used 1 1/4 cups of self rising sifted flour in place of the all purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. i didnt have butter so i used margirane. and i added a few chocolate chips...so awesome! i will be using this recipe again!

Easy Cheesy Chicken Bake

made some changes but very good! seasoned chicken on both sides then put in dish. sliced potatos a little thicker then a chip seasoned with salt placed ontop. mixed soup with milk used one can for chicken n potatos, microwaved broccoli before adding it, used another can of soup with milk ontop of broccoli covered n baked..great!!

Mushroom Rice

love this dish..i can make a rice a roni type dish without the cost. i make this for my family and neighborhood get togethers. i cook this mushrooms a little more done because thats how we like it!
