Quick and Easy Hollandaise Sauce in the Microwave

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2015
I made this after a failed attempt at a different hollandaise recipe. I had all the eggs and bread and bacon done and then my sauce curdled and looked awful so I panicked then saw this recipe and gave it a go. It was amazing and perfect and so easy and quick and saved my breakfast. I doubled the recipe and everyone loved it. Thanks

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2013
Holy cow best brownies ever!!! I followed the recipe exactly except I used whole wheat flour, raw can sugar and I added 1/2 cup ground flax. The icing is hard to spread so put it on when the brownies are hot and use a metal spoon that will get warm and use your fingers a little. Soooo worth it! Sooooo delicious!!! Seriously easy and melt in your mouth!! This had become my new brownie staple recipe bye bye Betty Crocker

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2012
Best pizza dough ever! My family said it was the best pizza I had made yet. I only added one egg and I upped my flour by 1/4 cup not half. Super easy and quick. Also I pre-baked the pizza for 10 min before adding any toppings then I turned the oven up to 475 and baked with the toppings for another 10 min, this made the pizza bubbly and perfect. This is a keeper, my husband told me not to lose this recipe. Thanks :)

Hungarian Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2011
Wonderful, Quick and Easy. I did a couple changes based on what I had in stock. I doubled the sauce and used a whole can of tomato sauce instead of the ketchup. I skipped the paprika cause I had none and I used red wine. I also seasoned the flour with salt and pepper and italian spices before I dragged the meat through it. Really good, my whole family liked it.

World's Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2007
Fabulous, I did as others said and mix half regular vinigar and half apple cider vinigar. I also finely chopped up some sweet baby pickles, and added a splash of celery seed to the sauce. As my father was about to take a bite he warned me that my gramma when he was little made the best homemade potato salad. But as this glorious recipe met his palette it was magical :) he said it was equally as good if not better than his moms. Everyone at the party was licking their plates, I think the potato salad was the only dish that was empty. Thanks for the wonderful recipe

Scottish Shortbread IV

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2006
Wonderful and perfect. I added 2 tsp vanilla amd spread the whole dough out with my hands onto a cookie sheet, then I pooked with a fork the entire sheet. Baked for 22 min and they were perfect. As soon as they came out or the oven I cut squares with a knife. I was soooooo easy and I love how you didnt need any tools of much ingredients. Oh and I also sprinkle the dough with regular sugar before baking so that it would look shimmery and pritty. Its tasted like heaven.

Easy Indian Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2015
Easy and delish! My whole family loved it. I caramalized the onions and garlic then just added everything else to the same pan, brought to a simmer and tossed in the chicken. Skipped a couple steps and didn't use my oven which was quicker and simpler and I didn't use any oil.

the best apple crisp ever. My dad is an apple crisp specialist :)And he said it was the most perfect crisp he's eatin. I used 8 Granny smith apple and added 1tbsp lemon juice and one tsp vanilla to the apple's and NO WATER. The apples were perfect consistensy and in a nice sauce. Also I doubled the topping plus added an extra 1/2 butter because I had read some people said it was dry. It was perfect and really easy to make.I made it ahead of time and cooked when we got to our companies house. Amazingly delicious. A+++

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2015
I followed the recipe exactly only used ground moose instead of beef and made my own taco seasoning. Sooooooo delish!! Will definitely make again and add this to my recipe book. I had friends from Mexico staying with me and this is what I made them. They were skeptical and kept telling me they weren't real enchiladas. Hahaha they ate the whole pan! Only thing I did differently was I quickly fried each corn tortilla in a little bit of oil before wrapping. That is the traditional Mexican way.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2013
Loved it, I chose this recipe because it called for oil instead of butter. I subbed out the milk because of an allergy but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. My family has devoured the loaf in under an hour and everyone was very happy. The only thing is, mine was cooked in about 50 min. I did it in a loaf pan like the recipe said, so just watch your bread and when it smells done its definitely done. A sure keeper, I will be making this my main banana bread recipe. Super quick and easy too

Tzatziki Sauce II

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2006
I added half of a fresh squeezed lemon and a pinch of sugar. This is a wonderful recipe. Also I skinned and chopped my english cucumber and left it in a strainer with a little salt sprinkled on it. This way my cucumbers "sweat" out there juices rather than having a runny dip.and you dont need to spend precious time cleaning out the seeds.
