Easy After Work Chicken Francaise

Loved it, Seasoned flour well(only one cup) and added mushrooms. Otherwise followed the recipe. Served over Angel hair with fresh green beans. Whole family loved it. Thanks for a great recipe!

Chili Rellenos Casserole

This got rave reviews even from my 3 kids 11,12,13!! I used almost a whole large can of chilies( 27 oz) 3 eggs ,just the evaporated milk(about 6 oz) 8x8, and it did take a bit longer to set then the specified time. Then topped with enchilada sauce ,cheese, green onion and black olives. It was awesome and not too spicy for the kids. Oh I also just used Colby jack cheese. It looked so good I forgot to take a pic- next time!! Served with sour cream and Spanish rice!

Slow Cooker Lemon Pepper Chicken

Got 5 thumbs up and my hubby never says great dinner!! It made awesome gravy too after , I just added some flour and water to thicken. I had a 6lb chicken so doubled the recipe. Used a 1/2 lemon inside and squeezed the rest on top. It was sooo moist!! I cooked mine 6 hours on low. I also put carrots and onion underneath while it cooked and stuck it under the broiler to crunch it up a bit before serving.Thanks for sharing, I will definitely make it again!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Awesome! Used fresh garlic instead, turned an inexpensive steak into a great steak. Whole family loved it , even the ones who aren't huge meat eaters. Will add this to my regular menu!!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Ok My family all liked it, I followed the recipe except for simmering the chicken breast in broth and omitting the water, but my only complaint was the onion does not cook through, it should be cooked a bit first so it is not crunchy.There is a video on this recipe and it shows them sautéing the onion a bit first,and by the way it does show them adding in the water which I didn't but theirs looked ok?I don't think it needed the water, my filling was perfect except for the onion.

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

I will stick to my stovetop recipe,followed to the T and my corned beef turned out so dry and tough!!Barely edible and I had my motherinlaw over for dinner!!I was so embarrassed!!Dont know what happened,maybe should have been on low.Also I used the same brand as I always buy.Sorry!!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

We loved it ,even my mother-in law ate every bite and she is picky, lol:)!I added two cans of beef broth instead of water,more carrots,cooked the potatoes on the side(small crockpot)and added flour and water about an hour before serving and came out with a great gravy.Seasoned to taste w a dash of worschesterchire.Go to for an easy pot roast.Seven happy campers,but it was barely enough!!!
