Very good, extremely easy, one of the cooks at work even asked for this recipe she loved it so much. Cookies have a perfect blend of crispness on outside, and soft and chewy on inside

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
Sooo easy, and soooo very yummy! The first thing the boys said...with full mouthes, was you HAVE to make this again. I used Hawaiian rolls, and did a mix of ham, salami, Sandwich pepperoni, and different cheeses, they loved all of them. Will Definatly make this again

Buttery Corn Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
I have been looking for a good cornbread recipe and I found it! Moist, buttery, perfect! It did however make a little too much for the four of us, so I will probably cut recipe in half next time and bake in 8x8 pan instead

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2010
Hubby loved this so much, he said i can make this whenever I want! toasted hoagie buns and put provolone cheese on while toasting, also I put in two, well, glops of sour cream into chicken mixture to tone it down just a little, as I knew the kids wouldnt like it too spicy. I am not a big fan of buff. wings, but I actually liked this. And talk about EASYYYYY!. I did do as another reviewer suggested, and I shredded the chicken about 1.5 hours before it was to be served, it soaked up the sauce much better that way.

Onesy-Twosy Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
Hands down, the best Peanut butter cookie I have ever made! The perfect crispness, the perfect peanut butter taste..YUM! So eay to make, my 11 year old daughter did most of it! And the only reason why she didn't do all of it was because she's a kid, and she lost interest when it needed to be chilled for 2 hours. Folowed this recipe to the tee!

Japanese Zucchini and Onions

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
My neighbor had given us some fresh zucchini from his garden, I tried this recipe and loved it! I did however do what the Japanese steakhoses do, and put a few "dollops" of butter on top, and I didn't have any sesame seeds, so I had to do without those. But it definately reminded me of eating at the japanese steakhouse...YUMMY!

Snackasnicker Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
Oh, So very yummy! After readuing others comments, I decided to only use 2 snickers bars, I used one for the bottom of the pie crust, and one mixed in the cream cheese mixture. I ended up baking for 30 minutes, and probably could have baked for about 5 more minutes. With just the 2 snickers bars, I think it tuned out perfect. Will definitely make again, and again, and again. Next time I will probably top with caramel and chocolate syrup.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2007
So heavenly! After shaping into balls, I put in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then I dipped them into melted milk chocolate instead of Semi Sweet (personal preference) These are so easy to make, and just plain wonderful.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2005
VERY, VERY good! Whole family loved it! Hubby liked it so much no one was allowed to have seconds because he wanted to take leftovers to work! I did add half a package dry onion soup mix to meat mixture, for sauce I omitted ketchup, and added can cream mushroom soup, 1/4 cup brown gravy mix, and doubled the water. Didn't have any mustard powder, so used a squirt liquid mustard. after browning patties, I put in large casserole poured sauce on top, and baked 30 minutes at 400 degrees

Chicken Tortilla Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2007
Very impressive! The whole family loved it, even my 8 year old daughter who "thinks" she doesn't like mexican food (we are slowly changing her mind). What I did differant is only put in one can of green chili's (That was all I had) and only 2/3 cup of the chicken broth to make it slightly thicker as others had said. My oldest son said it tasted just like his favorite Chicken enchilada that he gets at that big fast food chain. He couldn't get enough. Will definately make again....Thanks

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2007
WOW!!! Hubby was soooooooooooo impressed, he said it tasted just like his mom makes, in fact he thought his mom did make it and sent it over, he couldn't believe that she didn't!!! Definately a keeper, will be making over and over and over, but next time without the gravy, the gravy was the only thing that no one really cared for.

Grilled Delmonico Steaks

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2008
Well, after ready all the other comments, I did not add any salt, and marinated in a sealed ziplock bag for about 5 hours. Steaks turned out wonderfully juicy and flavorful. Only thing I will do differantly next time is not walk away from grill...the marinade caught fire on one of the steaks, so one side was black, but steak was cooked perfectly other than that. Awesome!!

Orange Cream Milk Punch

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2005
Very Good! Even my Father-in-law who only drinks Pepsi loved this! I started making this punch an hour before the party to give the ice cream time to melt, and the consistency was perfect just as the party started. I did use a little more Sprite than what the recipe called for.

Pepperoni Bread

Extremely easy to make!! It was gobbled up before I could even try it, but I was told it was very good. I didn't have any parmesan, so I used extra mozzarella.

Chicken Piccata II

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2012
Very good! Store was out of chicken breasts (I know, can you believe it!) So I used the chicken strips instead, turned out great. I did take chicken out and put in oven at 200 degrees while sauce was cooking, so chicken would not get soggy. Put chicken back into sauce for last few minutes....it was awesome, will definitely make again
