Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2005
Was not sure about the bread, but it was AWESOME! I halved the recipe, and still had almost 40 "Blintzes", no one knew they are made with bread, and they disappeared sooooo quickly!!! Will definately make again, it was a very quick, easy, and delisious recipe! Thanks

Cheese Filled Triangles

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2005
Was just ok, made it at home, and then took to my mom's house. It needed to be warmed up, and it was just ok. I'm sure it would have been better if it was eaten right away

October Apple Pie

Simply Wonderful! My husband, who LOVES apple pie, will usually take just one piece, but this time he splurged and took two!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2005
These were WONDERFUL right out of the oven, but average the next day. Warning though, for those of you like cookie dough, this dough was addicting! I practically had to force myself to bake the cookies!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2005
This was sooooo good!! My husband who normally never comments on dinner told me TWICE how good it was! I did do as others had suggested and double the soup, and added the onion mix. I would probally add more than just the one pound of meat next time though.

Pumpkin Dessert

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2005
Hands down the best pumpkin recipe ever!!! I brought this to a party, and I actually had husbands ORDERING their wives to get the recipe!!!! Very, very good. I added nutmeg and cinnamon to pumkin as others did, and I also added about 2 dashes of cinnamon to the topping

Orange Cream Milk Punch

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2005
Very Good! Even my Father-in-law who only drinks Pepsi loved this! I started making this punch an hour before the party to give the ice cream time to melt, and the consistency was perfect just as the party started. I did use a little more Sprite than what the recipe called for.

Very creamy, extremely easy to make, I think the hardest thing was unwrapping the caramels.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2005
VERY, VERY good! Whole family loved it! Hubby liked it so much no one was allowed to have seconds because he wanted to take leftovers to work! I did add half a package dry onion soup mix to meat mixture, for sauce I omitted ketchup, and added can cream mushroom soup, 1/4 cup brown gravy mix, and doubled the water. Didn't have any mustard powder, so used a squirt liquid mustard. after browning patties, I put in large casserole poured sauce on top, and baked 30 minutes at 400 degrees

Hot Bean Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2006
Was very good, however, after a few bites, the refried beans were overpowering. Next time will probably cut the amount of refried beans added. I also did not have any montery jack cheese on hand, and used just sharp chedder.

Very Good! Would cook a little longer next time. Did as others did, and stirred the bread for even coating. Also added a touch of cinnamin to the egg mixture.

I loved this recipe...very easy, and very good. Only my 7 year old daughter didn't like, or it would have been a 5 star. I will be making again though.

Extremely easy to make!! It was gobbled up before I could even try it, but I was told it was very good. I didn't have any parmesan, so I used extra mozzarella.
