Thai Chicken Pizza with Carrots and Cilantro

This was just ok for us. It was very easy to make, and had a lot of flavor, I think it was just a little too spicy for our taste

Chicken Salsa Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
Talk about very simple to make! This was my sisters favorite on Pizza night. This would have been my hubby's favorite, but I didn't use his favorite brand of salsa (how dare I...lol). I will definately make this again

Deep Dish Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
We had a family pizza night, and this was my favorite, as well as my husbands, so much so, he wants me to get more deep dish pizza pans so that I can make more. The crust is just to die for, not to mention extremely, extremely easy to make.

Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
Tastes exactly like the Japanese restaurants, OMG I am soooo happy!! One thng left out of the recipe that is a key factor, is that you need to chill the dressing for several hours before it is ready. I will definately make this over, and over, and over.

Layered Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
Wow, I was a little skeptical, but this worked out so well. Super easy to make. I put a little oregano on top of the tomato sauce and meat mixture for just a little extra flavor. For those who had trouble with spreading the cream cheese mixture over the noodles, I put dollops all over, and the heat from the pasta softened the dollops making it easy to spread out. Very good recipe, will definately make again!

Snackasnicker Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
Oh, So very yummy! After readuing others comments, I decided to only use 2 snickers bars, I used one for the bottom of the pie crust, and one mixed in the cream cheese mixture. I ended up baking for 30 minutes, and probably could have baked for about 5 more minutes. With just the 2 snickers bars, I think it tuned out perfect. Will definitely make again, and again, and again. Next time I will probably top with caramel and chocolate syrup.

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2008
Cut the servings down to 60%, so I only used 3 eggs, etc. My oldest son had 3 of his buddies over, between them, my other two kids, and my husband, I couldn't make them fast enough. They loved them. My husband even had 6 of them (which is twice as much as he usually has). Even though they loved them, these were just ok for me. My one son preferred them with chocolate chips in them, and when he tried one without the chocolate chips, he said he preferred the other pancakes that I usually make with biscuit. But with so many boys to feed, this was the perfect recipie

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2007
talk about easy. I put frozen chicken breasts in, added about 1/2 cup white wine to the butter and italian dressing mix. I then cooked it on low for about 6 hours, put the cream cheese on top, waited about 5 minutes, it was soft enough, put the cream of chicken soup in, and as I was mixing it together, I shredded the chicken at the same time (on purpose) served over egg noodles, hubby even comented on how it was a nice change of pace. Will definately make again!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
Oh, my goodness, I am throwing away all my other banana bread recipies, and using only this one from now on. So moist, so full of flavor, oh my so good. I halved the recipie, and used 2 eggs (when you half it it calls for 1 1/2 eggs). I also threw in a dash of nutmeg, and put a crumb topping of cinnamin, butter, brown sugar, flour and walnuts on top before baking. i am going back for my second piece now..excuse me

Caramel Apple Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2007
Please tell me how something so sinfully delicious be so incredably easy to make. My oldest sons buddies were over, and one of them doesn't like cream cheese at all, another buddy told him he had to try it. Of course, he loved it so much he said he wanted the recipe for his mom. LOVE THIS RECIPE...just wonderful!

Easy OREO Truffles

So heavenly! After shaping into balls, I put in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then I dipped them into melted milk chocolate instead of Semi Sweet (personal preference) These are so easy to make, and just plain wonderful.

Chocolate Brittle Surprise

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2007
I took this to a fund-raiser for my son, people i don't even know were coming up to me, and asking me to get tehm the recipe, because they loved these sooo much. Instead of putting on a cookie sheet, I put in a 9x12 pan so that the butter and sugar mixture wouldn't get all over the oven. I plan on making this one very often

Heavenly 'Apple of My Thigh' Dessert

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
Super easy to make, and ohh soo good. I used the pre crushed toffee bits you find by the chocolate chips, everyone thought they were nuts, I had to tell them they were toffee bits. They really didn't care because it tasted so good. I dipped the sliced apples in sprite so that they wouldn't turn brown. I will definately keep the ingrediants on hand, as this is so easy, and everyone just loved it!!

Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2007
Ok, if rated on how simple this recipe is to make, it would be a 5+, very, very easy, and you can concentrate on other things while it bakes. Now for The chicken, it was extremly moist, and you could cut it with your fork. However, I was the only one who ate the rice and veggies, and we had a ton left over. It was ok, just not great, and even though the kids tried it, they wanted nothing to do with it. So because of this, I don't think I will make again, which is too bad, becasue it was sooooo simple to make.

Bill's Sausage Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2007
It was good, just not for my family. Out of 5 people, no one had seconds (including my always hungry hubby, and 14 year old son) and 2 of the kids didn't even finish. So, it was easy to make, had good flavor, just not right for my family

Chocolaty Peanutty Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2007
I used to make something similar to this but lost the recipe. This was the closest thing I could find, and I just made teh adjustments from what I could remember. I used Vanilla wafers instead of graham crackers, and inthe chocolate pudding layer, i added 1 tsp of rum extract. After the chocolate pudding layer, I slice bananas and layer them on the chocolate layer. Cover with Cool Whip, and chopped nuts, and it tasted just like a hot fudge, peanut buster parfait with bananas...yummmmmmmmmmy!
