Just as good as paying 4 bucks at a coffee shop! Followed to a 'T' for the first time trying it and I'm happy I did! It makes A WHOLE LOT, so definitely a batch for gifts!

Feta Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
I hate to review with a changed recipe but I had to try the fresh basil and sundried tomatoes (which I wouldn't have found if someone hadn't put in review :-). I also used garlic herb feta and egg first then bread crumbs with a sprinkle of garlic powder. I had very thick/big chicken breasts so I cut a pocket and stuffed them and had to cook about 45 minutes. 3 men, 1 woman and myself were hugely impressed! Super moist chicken and great flavor! Served with wild rice and sauteed asparagus and onions

Very good. I just used a bag of frozen butternut squash to make it quick and easy! 2 small potatoes and no celery. Will make again

Very good! But I didn't fry, I baked it and drizzled with the melted butter (and added a lil garlic salt)

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
This was really good! Everyone liked it (especially the guys!) I ended up eating leftovers of this for the next few days and never got sick of it. Simple and tasty. (I used 2 heads of brocoli and 1 head of cauliflower)

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
These were great! very time consuming-- crockpot recommended! I added a tsp of garlic salt to the cheese sauce, used lt. sour cream, only 1 can of green chiles (which was plenty!) and I think the salt I added to the meat helped, too. Thanks for the great *HOMEMADE* recipe!!

Baked Halibut Steaks

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2007
Very good! I took advice and marinated in basil/romano italian dressing for some extra flavor for about 2hrs before baking. the can of diced tomatoes with garlic and oregano made this dish extremely simple and quick to prepare!

Stuffed Shells III

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2006
These were very good! I did add extra mozerella on top for the last few minutes of baking, garlic salt instead of regular salt and parsley, added basil and I did a meat sauce to pour over. Also, I used 2 whole jars of marinara sauce--1 would not have been enough!

Yum! and easy! This is very rich and as much as you'd like to keep eating it, you just can't. I used the marinated artichoke hearts and it came out fantastic! Thank you for this recipe...I'll be making it everytime I need to bring a dip somewhere!!

Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2005
This is the first recipe that I've rated on here and I have to say there's a reason! These are very good. I took them to work 'just because' and I got many compliments! I added some chopped fresh mushrooms and it was great. I'm just concerned about the amount of cheese (fattening) and wonder about using a reduced fat variety... not sure how it would mix and bake, though. Thank you Trudi!
