Apple Bread
I canned apples last year and needed to use them up but I am not to big on apple pies. I went to an apple class at my coop extension office and tasted apple bread. I thought I would give it a try and found this recipe. My family said this was the best tasting bread I have made yet. I found a recipe for a fantastic tasting powdered sugar glaze. I need to put that recipe in here. I highly recommend this recipe.

Meringue I
I will not even rate this recipe because it is a disaster. I tried it 3 times but could not get it to work. The cooking until clear never happens and when cooked that long, there is no way it will pour out. I tried until it was just thick and whipped it on high for 15 minutes and it never fully fluffed up.
