Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
This was the best homemade cornbread I have ever eaten. The only thing I did differently was to melt the butter in an iron skillet and then poured into a bowl and mixed the rest of the ingredients. Poured the contents back in the skillet, which was already greased and baked. It only took 22 minutes to bake in an 8-inch skillet. Wonderful recipe. Will make from now on instead of Jiffy mix.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I
This is a really good recipe just as is. My husband is very picky and he really liked this. I used Town House crackers and it really topped this perfectly. Instead of using chicken breasts, I used a can of chicken breast meat. Very quick and easy.

Bologna Salad Sandwich Spread I
My mother made this for us growing up, and I still make today. We grind the balogna, add the eggs, diced celery, diced onion and sweet relish and miracle whip. Can't get any better than that.
