As chili's go, this is one of the best. My husband and I loved it, but my 11 year old only gave it a 3. It was a little thin so I added about 3/4 tablespoon of flour while it was simmering. Then I added almost 2 cups of monterey cheese. It was a perfect consistancy. I only used 2 cans of beans and there were still plenty to fill the chili. Also I simmered for a half an hour and served with crackers. You can't ask for much more out of a white chili than this. Thanks Cha Cha.
