My favorite things to cook
I have been eating clean and cooking that way for my family for the past year. I get lots of recipes from this site. And my hubby and I are enjoying them.

Mexican Bean Salad
My family really enjoyed this salad. I used Stevia instead of sugar. I used all fresh juices. I did not add cilantro because I don't like the taste of it. But besides that, it was really tasty. And good for you too.

Autumn Cheesecake
I cant believe I havent rated/reviewed this recipe yet; considering I have made it 5 times since Nov. It is one of the best I have tried. Those that I allow to taste it say the same thing. I did double the recipe as suggested. And I microwaved the apples prior to putting on top. I also put the cheesecake in a water bath and followed baking directions as written. Thank you Stephanie for this recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I
Served it for after Thanksgiving dessert. It was awesome. I added peanut butter cups(minis) between the crust and the filling because my son wanted peanut butter cheesecake. Everyone really enjoyed it. Thanks for the recipe.
