Blueberry Breakfast Sauce

So good for something so simple. This is perfect for a quick and delicious pancake topping or crepe filling. You could easily add cinnamon or whatever to taste, but it's perfect as is.

I gave this a try based on reviews, but was apprehensive thinking it might be too sweet. I'm glad I took the chance. We loved it. Cooked marinade and used it on leftover salmon next day. Enjoyed it enough to make it again soon. Thanks.

Janine's Best Banana Bread

Nice firm texture for spreading cream cheese on. It really needs three large bananas. I had 2 large and a small, but it needs 3 large for more moisture and more flavor.

Taco Seasoning I

Perfect. I used it with ground turkey. Didn't have onion powder but did have onion salt, so I omitted the sea salt and use onion salt instead. I can't imagine it could have tasted any better, but will get the powder for next time. Thanks!

Chicken Stir-Fry

Really good as is, but also as base for adding more spice for personal tastes. We thought it needed more of the ginger and garlic and soy. But the chicken is wonderfully tender. The dish is colorful with the crispy veggies. Next time I may add cashews. Thanks!

Honey Mustard Dressing II

I had to try it...everyone was telling the truth. This is just perfect...simple to make with what you already have in the house. As everyone said, why would you buy it? Used it to dip sliced grilled chicken breast strips in for quick lunch. Also sliced grilled chicken breast horizontally for sandwich with this sauce. YUM on both counts. Thanks for the recipe.

Jambalaya With Shrimp

Somehow this ended up mushy, as someone earlier said. Also, it definitely needed spicing up...red pepper flakes and/or hot sauce. I'm going to try another recipe for jambalaya next time.
