Asparagus with Parmesan Crust

FANTASTIC and I didn't even use the good parmesan (I used the kind in the green can)! I took it out before 10 minutes, I don't like veggies over done!

Love these..skinny them down a bit..NO oil just 1/2 of applesauce...1/4 splenda and 1/4 cup brown sugar..3 bananas...1/4 of choco chips...YUMMY!

Smoked Salmon Quesadillas

The french go crazy for smoked salmon...so this was a hit for cinco de mayo...I wanted a bunch of mexican finger foods...was great with sour cream, salsa, and guac to dip...THANKS!

Applesauce Cake I

Great loaf! I was sort with the applesauce maybe by 5 tablespoons and added rum to make the one cup. I also only used 1/3 cup of white sugar and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. My applesauce was already sweetened, so the adjustments were perfect! THANKS!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

SUPER soup...I used 1 slice of bacon cut up and sauted that first with my onions. I hate celery, so I used some celery salt instead or regular salt. I only made half the recipe, so now the bf is sad there is none left for tomorrow...lol!

Yum!! I used lowfat since I couldn't find evaporated milk here in France..the language is such a barrier!! I also add parsley to the sauce, it's the Portuguese in me. They were great!
