Very popular at my party. I had a bottle of rum on the side so those who wanted an extra kick could add rum and that worked out well. I didn't put in almond extract, but otherwise stuck to the recipe and added cranberries and lemon slices for visual appeal. I would make this again.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Very good. I didn't make the frosting, but I wish I had. They aren't that sweet without frosting. I also wish it had a little more of a pumpkin punch, but overall good. I would make them again. The less baking time, the better, they are more cake like.

Hot Peanut Sauce

I used this recipe as a sauce with rice noodles and cooked vegetables and it was delicious. I skimped on the cayenne pepper, but I think I will use more next time. I will defintiely use this recipe again. I think it would be a great marinade for tofu too.
