Aromatic Asparagus

I went with some other reviewer advice and reduced the liquid to one cup each broth and milk. I think it was just a little too liquidy but not bad. I had one bunch of asparagus, and used 2-3 tbsp parmesan and just a couple shakes of poultry seasoning since I didn't have any plain sage. Would definitely make again, with just a little less liquid. Thanks!

Moroccan Chicken

This was really good! I had to make some changes because of what I had in the house. I had no tumeric or chickpeas so didn't use them. Also didn't use celery because I hate it. ;) I added 1/2 tsp each of curry powder and garam masala. I also added a blob of honey at the end with the lemon juice. Served over couscous made with raisins and a bay leaf. Was delicious and will make again!

Kris' Lentil Sausage Soup

Made this just as written, except I added some spinach that I had hanging around, and used a can of petite diced tomatoes because that's what was in the panty. Perfect! Husband loved it too. Makes a ton! We can have the leftovers all week. :)

Chicken Rice Salad

My husband and I both loved this salad. Great summer food. I left out the celery because I don't like it, but used grated carrots instead. I did add just a little curry to the dressing, but we couldn't really taste it, so next time I think I would add a little more. Like a previous reviewer, I also used grated ginger. I cooked the rice in some coconut milk and that made it kind of rich and creamy Makes a lot! Thanks for a great recipe.

Broccoli Chicken Delight

Really great! The only thing I did a little differently was to use two 13oz bags of broccoli florets only. (I hate stems) Because of this I used a little extra mayo. I used lowfat/lowsalt soups and this came out fantastic! We had it over rice. Hubby and I both loved it.

Lemon Orzo Primavera

This was really delicious! I made it pretty much as written, except I added a yellow squash that I had, and the juice from the zested lemon. There was just the right amount of liquid to cook the orzo, from the broth and the vegetables. I have a ton of fresh lemon thyme, so I used that, which probably made it a little more lemony, but it was delicious! Will definitely make again, thanks for a great recipe!

Cottage Noodles and Cabbage

Very good! I did make a few changes. I used egg noodles, and even though I made the whole pound, I found I only needed a little more than half. I omitted the sugar, and added some caraway seeds. These were delicious in there! I probably used about a cup and a half of cottage cheese. Had it with grilled brats, hubby and I both loved it! Great recipe, thanks!

Easy Garlic-Lemon Scallops

Fantastic, and so simple! I had never made scallops before, so I was looking for something easy and fast. They came out perfectly, and the sauce is delicious! Would be great over pasta. I have a ton of fresh thyme growing, so I added some of that, and it made everything look pretty too. ;) My husband, who has never even had scallops (and was a little scared to try them, lol) even liked it! Thank you very much for this simple and delicious recipe.

Blueberry Pie

This was my very first blueberry pie and it was awesome!!! I followed the advice of some others and used 4T cornstarch and a little lemon juice, and it was absolutely perfect! Even my picky husband loved it!
