Amazing Simple Thai Tofu

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2005
I liked this recipe, but I thought the ginger flavor was too subtle, and consequently the dish was a little bland so I added a bit of Thai Chili Sauce and that really made all of the flavors 'pop'! Also, I agree with adding a bit of water before stirring in peanut butter. The water helped to deglaze the pan and prevented the tofu from breaking apart. I will make this one again with slight augmentations...

Creamed Broccoli Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2005
I used whole milk instead of half and half, and it was still creamy and rich. My husband kept sneaking into the kitchen for a little tastes, he said it was the best broccoli soup he's ever had.

Angela's Easy Breaded Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2005
Chicken had good flavor even with a short marinade time. For those who want a crispier crust, try putting the chicken under the broiler for the last few minutes of cooking time, just make sure to watch it closley-it can go from perfectly cripy to inedibly charred rather quickly.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2005
I was crunched for time so I marinated the pork chops for only 20 minutes. Regardless, they were very flavorful and very moist. For a little extra flavor, I heated up the remaining marinade used for basting and served it on the side. I will definitely make this recipe again, but will try marinating the chops overnight, as many of you suggested. Thanks!
