The Best Fresh Tomato Salsa
4 jalapenos were way too many. I had to add a large can of crushed tomatos and 1 can of diced rotel tomatos in order to make it able to eat for my family. While I was at it I also added 3 or 4 cloves of chopped garlic. A good base but next time I'll know about the tomato/jalapeno ratio.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II
I served this at my daughters 3rd birthday party (to the adults), everybody raved and asked for the recipe!!!! I loved it. Great served with chips.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
My three year old was in her glory both "making" and eating these. Very yummy!!
