I'm 21 years old. I have always wanted to be a Pastry Chef and open my own bakery. I LOVE baking almost anything. I love to try new things and I am always looking for a challange. My favorite thing to do is cake decorating. I love it when someone I know is having a birthday, baby shower, graduation, or some kind of celebration because, I usually get to make the cake.

My favorite things to cook would be: anything dealing with desserts, esspecially cakes; Curry Chicken; Cream Puffs; Lasagna; French Toast with my own twist on it; and many many more things.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We make Albondigas, Spaghetti, Salsa, Enchiladas, and many others that we love cooking.
My cooking triumphs
I won a first place blue ribbon in my towns' Annual Pecan Food Fantasy Contest. I made Coconut Pecan Cookies.
Also the first time I made cream puffs everyone told me that they tasted just like my aunts' (she is a Pastry Chef). I was so proud of my self.
My cooking tragedies
I tried making Orange Chicken it was good, but it didn't taste anything like REAL Orange Chicken.
