Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake
Soooooo yummy! I made it pretty much as written, only a few minor changes.
For the sour cream, I did sub half of it with light sour cream, as I needed to use some up.
I also added some Penzeys cake spice into the topping mixture.
Put half the batter into a well sprayed bundt pan, added topping, and then added the remaining batter. Took about 50 min in the oven, kept it at 350.
Let it cool for an hour or two, and flipped it out.
Brought to church in the morning, and it was gobbled right up!
