Strawberry Soup II
This soup was amazing! The only thing I did different was I used 2 cups whipping cream and made that instead of using the frozen cool whip. Everyone love it have already been asked to bring it to our ladies garden club!

Creme Fraiche
This is a wonderful recipe! If you can find unpastuized cream it is really the best! I also leave it sitting out between 24-48 hours before refrigeration. I have also made it with heavy cream and Greek yogurt! Yummy...

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread
Great basic. I used a very dark molasses and doubled the ginger, cinnamon, and clove. I also added 1/2 cup of apple sauce. Rest as per recipe. Topped with warm applesauce and whipped cream.
