Hamburger Casserole

This recipe is filling and easy but to add more taste, mix some shredded cheddar cheese into the casserole and turn up the heat on the oven to about 350 for 20 minutes and it has more flavor. Good, easy, fast and cheap! That gets me!

White Chili with Ground Turkey

This is a wonderful alternative to regular chili! I used Bob Evans Zesty Italian sausage for an extra kick and its great. My daughter thought it was way too spicy however.

Barbecued Beef

Luckily, I read the ratings for this recipe before I made it and was able to follow some advice. This recipe is really good if you make a second batch of the sauce. Drain the first batch and let the second batch heat through for the last hour of cooking. Really excellent recipe!!
