Love cooking web sites; have never had the courage to post any recipes. Have husband and kids to please when it comes to cooking.

Oxtails and beef stew are favorite dishes loved since childhood.

My lasagne and spaghetti are always a hugh hit.
My cooking tragedies
My fried chicken used to burn whenever I cooked it so I developed my sauce skills when I would try to mask the burnt flavor. Although that was many years ago, we still talk it today.

Amazing and Easy Chicken Wings
These wings were a hit. I actually did not pre-marinade and they sat in marinade for only 15 mins. prior to baking. I like a crispier wing and baked them at 450 instead of 375. They were tasty and quick. I was able to find a last min. sauce and it worked out well.

Creamy Baked Ziti
Although this recipe was not bad, it did not have much flavor. My family ate it without complaints but added salt and Parmesan cheese to it at the table. I would probably add some red pepper flakes, oregano, a little sugar to balance the tomatoes and add salt the next time. Most likely will not make again.

Mound Bars
Everyone loved them. I followed one a reviewer's advice and poured the milk over the coconut and added a tbsp. of oil to the chocolate chips to spread more easily. The only problem that I had was that the graham cracker crumbs on the very bottom were still crumbly and didn't hold. But I'll maybe add a little more butter next time. Great recipe overall.
