Slow Cooker Taco Soup

This soup was absolutely delicious. The only thing I did differently was add shredded chicken instead of ground beef, substitute black beans for the kidney beans and add 1 clove of minced garlic.

This recipe was wonderful, will definitely make it again but will use less pasta and the whole bag of spinach as others have recommended. The pesto is delicious by itself, will probably add more of this next time.

Ambrosia Fruit Salad
