This is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe ever! I've been using it for 3 years now and its wonderful. You just need to take them out a little before they are done and let them finish cooking on the pan. Thanks for sharing!

White Chocolate Gorp

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2013
This has become a family favorite! I make it every time we go camping and we munch on it the whole trip. I usually use almond bark instead of the white chocolate because its a lot cheaper.

Zippy Rice Pilaf

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
My family LOVED this. Its going to be a regular! I did not have the broth so I used 2 cups of water and 2 tea. of chicken bullion. I also did not have any onions so I used onion powder. Instead of fresh jalapenos I used some sliced out of a jar and chopped them. With all of that it still turned out great!

Aunt Fannie's Dinner

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2009
My kids LOVED this. When they came to the table they were all complaining saying they don't want to try it. But I told them just one bite and they were hooked. Differently a new family favorite. The only thing I did different was put it in a glass dish and sprinkled with cheese and put in the oven for ten minutes. Perfect!

Cowboy Skillet Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2009
We really enjoyed this. I did not have everything so I substituted and it turned out really good. We used chili beans instead of baked beans and added some canned corn. I used the fajita seasoning and liked it but I think next time I will stick with the chili beans and add some bbq sauce and maybe some slice olives. Very versatile! I am going to try it in our dutch oven when were camping!

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2009
Great! I am doing a low carb diet and did not want flour in my taco seasoning. All the store ones have it. This was just as good as any store one and I think even better! It has a little spicy kick witch I loved!

Kettle Corn

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2008
Amazing!!!!! We loved it. We tried 3 batches over the stove with a big pot and they all burnt. So today I was at a thrift store and saw a wirley pop that I heard others talk about. I snatched it up for $2 and brought it home. We made the best Kettle corn that I've ever had. I put just plain table salt on it right wen it was done. Not a burnt kernel! I'm hooked! Thanks so much.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2008
Wonderful recipe! I only added 1/2 tea of pepper because mine was really fine and I added about a cup of frozen corn at the end. It turned out great and I really liked that this was a lot less fattening then some potato soups that call for cheese. We all loved it!

Pizza Dough III

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2008
I can not get my kids to stop asking if we can make home made pizza again! This was great and I was all out of olive oil the first time I made it so I used veg. and it was still great. We divided it up into 4 balls and each of the kids got to make their own personal pizza. I brushed the crust with garlic butter. Next time I'm going to make a double batch and make bread sticks too.

Chicken and Cheese Crescents

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
This was really good. I will agree a little salty. I just put a tablespoon of the sauce over the cheese before I rolled them up and they were perfect. Still flaky. I need to figure out the salty problem and then we will for sure make again.
