Oven Fried Chicken II

This was awesome!!! My son who is very picky even asked for another piece. I used drum sticks and cooked it for an additional 10 minutes (chicken scares me to cook) but it still turned out juicy. I also used butter instead of oil just because that is all I had. This is one I will try again and again.

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

This was great!!! My family doesnt like green peppers so I omitted them. I didnt have diced tomatoes like I normally use so this recipe came to the rescue! I will use this more often, thank you.

Rosemary Pasta in Roasted Garlic Sauce

I thought this was very good. The rosemary was a bit much but other than that I ate it all.
