Pumpkin Cookies V

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2008
Fabulous cookie! I reduced the sugar in the cookie portion by a half cup to suit the taste of my family. I used a pumpkin spice mix instead of the cinnamon. I also followed the advice of some reviewers and used a squirt bottle to put the icing on. Okay, I have to leave the house now before I end up eating all of the cookies...very addicting.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
I've used this recipe many times now and the cookies always come out wonderful each time. Great texture, taste and very easy to make. I had played with the recipe a few times and have tried it with decreasing the sugar by a half cup (1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. white) and adding pecans. It still turns out very good and works better for my daughters palate. Tried it once with smart balance instead of butter but it changed the texture too much making it almost too cakey.

Dip For The Stars

I've made this few of times now and it's always been a hit. It's a staple now at my holiday parties. Wonderful served with baked pita chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
As others have mentioned, this recipe is pretty fool proof. It's got just the right amount of spice and sweetness. I have made this twice as directed and just today made a lower fat version. I substituted the margarine with Smart Balance shortening and used 2 egg whites in place of the egg. These turned out great, too.
