Pork Chops and Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2006
this was a great dinner. i did double on the gravy sauce, i par boiled the potatoes, and i used thin cut chops, so my cooking time ended up being much less, i added little more paprika, and next time i will add even more. it was very easy to make, and it's a keeper.

My Best Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2005
i used two cups of half and half, and two cups of milk. next time i will use even less half and half, since it was little too sweet for me. also i did used the corn starch instead of the flour as others suggested, along with the one clam juice bottle instead of water. i used two cans of minced clams, and three cans of chopped clams, and it was barely enough. i didnt use the carrots, and i didnt have any celery, so i used celery salt and one extra cup of potatoes and it did just fine. the chowder hit the spot. good for a cold day.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2005
i have never baked anything before, this was my first time, and it came out great! i did everything as the recipe said, and the hint section was very useful as well. it was exellent - my guests loved it! i made one thick crust 16" pizza, and next time i will try to do two thin crust ones, because there is plenty of dough for that.

Hearty Beef Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2005
not a flavor i was expecting, but it hit the spot. i added half of a hot chilly pepper, but it didnt make a difference, so i will use more next time. also, it was a strange mix with the paprika and the teriyaki, so maybe next time i will try one or the other. i cubed the potatoes pretty small, but i still cooked it on high for a little over 4 hours, and everything cooked perfectly.

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2005
I made few changes to the recipe (I added black olives and one green chilly pepper to make it hotter, and used less sugar), and over all it was very easy to make. I served it with tri color ritini pasta, because I didnt have spaghetti, and it was great. we loved it, and will make it again. I also submitted a photo.
