Sweet Lentil Soup with Asparagus Tips

I never thought I would like lentils but this is wonderful. It does get thick. You can thin it or just leave it alone. I like it thick.

This is one fantastic cake. Tastes like pumpkin roll without the work. I subbed splenda for the sugar and will try the oil, applesauce thing next time. Kept great. Took it to work and it was gone in an instant and everyone wanted the recipe.

Vegetable Lo Mein Delight

Very good! Added oyster sauce and some sesame oil. Also, used stir fry mix as I am lazy and did not want to chop veggies.

Creamy Roasted Garlic & Potato Chowder

This is wonderful! Could not find garlic cream cheese, so added a garlic clove that had been roasted. My family likes it better without the corn and with the cheese, bacon and chives mixed in rather than on top.

Cream Cheese Chicken

This was AWESOME! Excellent cold for lunch the next day. I put in a little extra filling. Used big breasts and sliced them. Worked well. Very easy.

Cheesy Potato Kugel

very nice. I cut the recipe in half and baked in the pan. Used my food processor to shred the potatoes, much easier.

Broccoli and Tortellini Salad

I used a packge of the new Barilla dry tortellini and the recipe worked fine. We liked it better than the old broccoli/cauli/bacon/cheese recipe.
