Easy Beef Strogonoff

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2005
Loved this recipe! My family wants to add this into our normal rotation of dinners. It was as easy as it sounds and I even changed it around a little and it was still great!

Sizzling Chicken Fajitas

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2006
Very easy to make and my family really loved it. It got me out of a jam when I didn't have a packet of fajita mix. Thanks!

Meatball Orzo Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
This recipe was better than expected! My entire family loved it so we've added it to the normal dinner routine. I used the meatballs I buy at Costco which made it a very fast recipe and perfect for the weekday rush our family is normally in. I will definitely be sharing this with my friends and family. Thanks!!

Penne with Pancetta and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2009
My family loved this recipe! I read some of the other reviews and agree that it needed more liquid. I did mix the 1/2 & 1/2 with some 1% milk which was fabulous. I used 2 small cans of sliced drained mushrooms and then threw in some frozen organic spinach to make it a bit more healthy (there was a little more liquid due to the frozen spinach). I also liked the crispy pancetta that was added (original recipe didn't suggest when to add it back into the recipe so I added it where I thought best!). Will be making this again soon! Thank you for a great recipe!!!

Banana Chip Muffins I

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
I made these today and they turned out fabulous!! I used bananas that were really soft and something I'd normally use in my banana bread recipe so they came out with a lot of flavor. I took the advice from previous reviews and added a bit more milk, used olive oil, more chocolate chips (mini ones at that!) and a bit of vanilla for more flavoring and they came out just perfect. I only baked them for 15 minutes, used the toothpick test and they were a little crunchy on the outside and very moist on the inside. Looking forward to making these again! Thanks for a fabulous recipe!!

Kathy's Award Winning Barbeque Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
My hubby couldn't get over the popping flavors of this little sauce. We bottled up the rest and stuck it in the fridge for the next time we need a BBQ sauce which should be in the next few days since we are always BBQ'ing. This is perfect since I feel like I always run out of BBQ sauce and now, that won't happen again. Thanks for a fabuulous & easy recipe!!

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2010
This was a really good recipe. I took the advice from some of the other reviews & it came out fabulous. I added 1/2 sour cream & 1/2 mayo, shredded parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder and then added bread crumbs to the top with cheese sprinkled over it. My husband was a little bit skeptical but once he tried it, he fell in love with it.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
This was a fabulous quick meal! Only variation was with can of diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano mixed in it instead of plain diced tomatoes. When I served it in bowls, my husband added crumbled blue cheese which was fabulous!! Will definitely add it into our dinner rotation. Love this site for helping us 'normal' people be better cooks. Thanks for this recipe Jean!!

AH-MAZING! Loved it and added more milk at 1 Tbsp at a time which worked. I couldn't believe how light and fluffy it came out. Will definitely make it again!! Thanks for a great recipe.

Gooey Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2012
Family loved these cookies. Super buttery without being too sweet. Will make these again and after reading some of the other reivews, I will definitely try other types of cake mix. I too didn't refrigerate the dough before I made the cookies (then again, I forgot to roll them & made them sort of a thick, flat cookie) and they came out great. Once I had the powdered sugar on them, they were very easy to work with. I look forward to making these again. Thanks for a great, easy recipe!!

Family loved this recipe. I omitted the starch and used fat free 1/2 & 1/2. It was as easy as everyone said it was. Will be making this more often. Thanks for a great, fabulous weeknight recipe!

My family fell in love with it. I varied the cooking times only because of the size of roast I was using. It's made our family rotation for sure! Thanks again for a great rub!

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

One of our family favorites. This makes our family winter rotation quite a few times as it's quick and easy. I will also use left over rotisserie chicken which is super flavorful. Thanks for a quick and easy weeknight recipe.
