I made this for a family Birthday party and it was big hit! I did add some garlic to the "stuffing" and when the chickens were done I made a great side dish of rice with the "stuffing" mixture like someone else had done, and it needs a 5 star rating of its own!!

Garlic Chicken

This was ok but you have to really LOVE chocolate, I let my 2 year old have a very small piece I didnt want him bouncing of the walls all night long!

Classic Tiramisu

Everyone did the "Oh My God" as soon as they had there first bite! I made this for Thanksgiving and have been asked many times to make it for Christmas! It takes a little time, but it is sooooo good you simply wont care! ENJOY dana

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Today is my husbands Birthday and this is what he wants for dinner, he loves this dish, as dose the rest of our family. I always double the recipe, extra spicy in one dish and not so spicy for the kids in another. I use chi chi's salsa, (I cant find the one asked for) and it works great! This is a WONDERFUL recipe!!
