About this Cook
My first restaurant job was when I was 15 I went from pot washer to line cook in 2 months. The rest is history. I graduated from the CIA when I was 19. I am now employed by Whole Foods.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook the impossible. Dairy free fettuccini alfredo or vegan meat loaf. I also love to bake during the holidays.
My favorite family cooking traditions
The Christmas cookie extravaganza. We usually give about 40 tins of cookies and bake about 800 cookies.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant
unusable cracked no matter how thin or thick big or small i rolled it. waste of ingredients. Stick to the marshmallow fondant recipe on this site

Banana Cream Pie I
This was awesome! I did add vanilla bean to the custard and topped with melted caramel. Really nice to make a "real" filling instead of instant pudding.
